The UK College is very proud to be in its fifth year of running top rated training through its European training centre, in beautiful Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham.
In addition the courses are now being offered in Oxford and details of 2019 courses in Oxford will soon appear on this website. Courses are presented in St. John’s College, Oxford University, as well as at ‘The Old School House’ in Cumnor, just outside the city centre and with free onsite parking.
Due to popular demand, our Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training course is now going to be running on a weekend basis starting in the Autumn.
Mindfulness Meditation is the most popular course that Central England College runs and we’re frequently having to add people to the waiting lists so this will be a welcome addition to the college’s timetable! The course content is exactly the same as the Monday to Friday version but taught over the course of 3 weekends, each separated by a month.
Ongoing CPD training is a professional requirement. This intensive one-day course fulfils the first year requirements for Mindfulness Now practitioners and is equally appropriate to hypnotherapists, NLP practitioners and counsellors. It provides an opportunity to gain a real understanding of the nature of pain in its many forms, as well as evidence-based treatment approaches.
The Evidence-Based Approaches To Pain Reduction course is being held on Saturday, 30 January 2016 from 10am-5pm at Central England College, 240 Alcester Road South, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 6DR.
For more details about the one-day course, including prices, please download the Evidence Based Approaches To Pain Reduction Workshop (300KB, PDF) information sheet.
The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation is committed to providing a programme of CPD training opportunities which are open to all teachers of mindfulness.
