Mindfulness Courses in Mindfulness Teacher Training
The Mindfulness Teacher Training course is structured to guide students, over 5 consecutive days, through a combination of practical ‘hands on’ learning alongside theoretical knowledge.
The courses are available at Birmingham or Oxford loacations. The Mindfulness courses are led by Mindfulness Now founder, Nick Cooke or Aston Colley with Rachel Broomfield.
Optional supervised, post-course, training pathway available.

Become Qualified
Research has shown that mindfulness meditation offers powerful health and wellbeing benefits. Qualified teachers can be in high demand, teaching 1-to-1, as well as in groups and within organisations.
Course Overview
This training includes specialist tuition in mindfulness approaches, including the Mindfulness Now Programme which integrates key elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Course Fees
The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher training course fee (£750) covers all training materials, assessment, certification and accreditation as a Mindfulness Now Teacher.
The Next Stage
After successfully completing the course graduates are offered the opportunity to join the network of Mindfulness Now licensed and accredited teachers.
