Becoming a Compassion Focused Wellbeing (CFW) Accredited Practitioner
Advanced CPD training for all mindfulness teachers and therapists

This interactive five-day course includes the latest developments and research into effective compassion focused therapy, coaching and mentoring strategies. For those not so familiar with coaching and mentoring it provides a detailed guide to effective and proven ways of working. Although a detailed training manual will be provided prior to commencement, the course assumes no prior learning of any subject. The style of training is for Maddy and Nick to present ideas, followed by demonstrations, then questions, and then where appropriate,
role play exercises and further discussion.

The course includes:

  • The history and fundamentals of compassion focussed wellbeing
  • Applications and case histories
  •  Therapy, coaching and mentoring applications
  •  The use of imagination / creativity exercises
  • The Hero’s Journey – guided creative coaching based upon archetypal symbols /
