The beautifully restored house and grounds of Tawstock court is set in the heart of the North Devon countryside, just 20 minutes from the North Devon Coast Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and world renowned beaches. Training takes place inside the tranquil rooms of Tawstock Court and outside in the stunning grounds to provide trainees with an outstanding training experience.

Tawstock Court is just 3 miles south of Barnstaple, the largest town in North Devon.

GETTING TO TAWSTOCK COURT

By Car:

Tawstock Court is just 9 minutes drive from Barnstaple. Very easy parking. Detailed directions can be found here: DIRECTIONS

By Train:

Trains to Barnstaple run via Exeter St. Davids every hour. Tawstock Court is a short taxi ride from Barnstaple Station.

Accommodation

Tawstock Court is happy to offer the following accommodation rate for exclusively for Mindfulness Now students:
– 5 nights stay B&B (light continental breakfast included)
– Arriving Sunday and leaving on Friday
– £385 (inc VAT) per person for the 5 nights

Once you have booked onto a training course please then email Laura at laura@tawstockcourt.co.uk asap to reserve your room!

You will be able to make payment with Laura when checking in. The rooms are single occupancy En-Suite with TV and wifi. You are welcome to bring people with you from outside of the course (your partner, friend etc) to stay with you at tawstock Court as long as this has been pre-booked. The accommodation is also pet friendly but again this would need to be pre-booked. There is a shared large kitchen/lounge area which guests can use to cook in the evenings.

The best investment I have ever made for myself. The Mindfulness Now teacher training was more than I hoped for and everything I could of wished for. The knowledge and willingness to share experiences of Nick and Maddie was inspiring and their presence felt more like that of an old trusted friend. I went into the week's training shy, nervous and feeling a little out of my depth and finished the week empowered and confident that I had the skills within me to help others on their mindfulness journey.

Mindfulness Now teacher training with Maddy & Nick has left me feeling empowered, excited and confident to begin my journey as a mindfulness teacher.

This is indeed a special course! One of the most beneficial both personally and professionally that I have taken part in. Nick and Maddy were excellent facilitators, giving expert support and space for our own thoughts to emerge throughout the 5 days. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment!
