Supervised Teaching and CPD
Level 3: Supervised Teaching and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Advanced Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training
Level 3 is the final stage of the Advanced Learning Pathway leading to your qualification as an ‘Advanced Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher’. This final stage is designed to consolidate your learning and support you in developing confidence, skill, and authenticity as a mindfulness and compassion teacher.
This stage is entirely practice-based and highly individualised. Rather than being an academic course, it offers a personalised and experiential approach, tailored to your development needs as a teacher.

Gain further personalised experience co – facilitating our teaching programmes – with the opportunity to gain direct teaching experience in a supported environment.
Attend retreats – Participate in teacher-led retreats amounting to 5 days in total over the duration of the pathway, including extended periods of silence, to sustain depth of practice.
Run a minimum of two informal peer support sessions, creating a space for shared reflection and professional connection.
All of these elements are arranged and supported by the your supervisor, ensuring that you are guided every step of the way.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
In addition to your supervised teaching experiences, you will complete two further attendance-based professional development training days. These days are tailored to your personal and professional development needs, allowing you to explore specific areas of interest or deepen aspects of your teaching practice.
Reflective Practice
Throughout Level 3, you will also submit reflective practice journals. These reflections are an important part of the process, helping you integrate your experiences and develop your own authentic teaching voice. You will receive clear guidance and individual feedback to support this reflective work.
A Supportive, Practice-Led Approach
Level 3 represents the transition from trainee to confident, capable mindfulness and compassion teacher. With a focus on real-world teaching, reflective growth, and ongoing supervision, this stage supports you in establishing sustainable, ethical, and compassionate teaching practice.
