The online (virtual live interactive) 5 training days run via Zoom where the ‘breakout room’ feature is used for teaching practice in pairs and smaller groups. The course follows the same format, with the same timings and structure as our in-person training. The sessions are informal and friendly often with more than one tutor on screen. There is often a tutor demonstration, followed by group discussion (which is very important), student practice work in pairs or small groups using the breakout rooms and then further group discussion/ question and answers. We have a good length of time away from the screen during breaks and there is of course time to rest your eyes during meditations and other mindful practices. Students are expected to fully participate and engage with their tutors throughout the virtual training in just the same way as is required with our in-person training.

If you are unsure at any point about using using Zoom and how this all works, please get in touch with our friendly team at the UK college, who at any point before and during your training, will be happy offer support and guidance.

UK College of Mindfulness Meditation – Online Training

Our vocational training delivered to students via zoom.

We know that each student has different needs. That’s why we offer the same high quality training online. The online course structure is exactly the same as our face-to-face training, with the same experienced tutors, course materials and all the practical elements of the Mindfulness Now course. All you need is a good internet connection, microphone, camera and a small space for the movement elements of the course.
