Wolfson College, University of Cambridge
Our Cambridge courses take place at the beautiful Lee Seng Tee Hall, Wolfson College, University of Cambridge, a welcoming and contemporary college set within peaceful gardens beside the River Cam. Combining outstanding learning facilities with tranquil outdoor spaces, Wolfson provides an exceptional environment in which to learn, reflect and practise mindfulness.
Studying within the University of Cambridge offers a unique sense of inspiration and connection with one of the world’s most respected centres of education and scholarship. While the mindfulness training itself remains grounded, practical and experiential, the surroundings encourage reflection, curiosity and a genuine sense of stepping away from the demands of everyday life to focus fully on your own learning and development.
As with all our programmes, you’ll be learning alongside participants from a wide range of professions, cultures, identities and life experiences. The diversity of each cohort enriches discussion, broadens perspectives and helps prepare you to teach mindfulness with confidence, sensitivity and inclusivity across many different communities.
