The Mindfulness Now programme offers an integrated approach to using mindfulness techniques to help clients deal with serious physical and emotional trauma, as well as building emotional resilience. After completion of the course, successful graduates are offered the opportunity to join the network of Mindfulness Now licensed and accredited teachers. We offer real-time, guided interactive online training via Zoom in a supportive group with two Mindfulness Now trainers.
The cost of the course is £800, inclusive of all training, comprehensive training manual, additional resources, assessment, certification and subsequent registration. There are no hidden extras.
